South-West Pinnacles

This site, situated to the South West of Koh Tao, consists of several submerged pinnacles, the shallowest of which starts at a depth of around 7m. These pinnacles are alive with an abundance of Anemones, Sponges and Fan Corals.

Numerous species of pelagic fish, including Barracuda, Mackerel, Batfish and Rainbow-Runners can be observed patrolling the open water that surrounds the main group of pinnacles, whilst it is always interesting to explore in and around the pinnacles themselves as they host large Groupers, Sweet-Lips and shoals of Scad and Snapper.

Snorkelling Note: Due to the exposed nature and topography of these submerged pinnacles, snorkelling is not possible at this location.
